Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products which are handmade in small batches as your order comes through, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or opened products. 

If your order arrives damages or is incorrect, we may offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please email us at holisticalchemist@outlook.com.au within 24 hours of your order arriving, along with a copy of your order number and photos of the damage / incorrect item. Please include your full name, address, email and contact number.

Store credits, replacements and refunds will be issued at the discretion of Holistic Alchemist.

 Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly via auspostcom.au.
